One more problem i encountered yesterday was I can't buy apps from the android market.
Then i found this solution from the ANDROID CORE.
go to settings, apps, manage apps, all tab, go to market app... clear data and cache....
now go to settings, apps, manage apps, all tab, go to download manager app... clear data and cache...
reboot phone... open market... wait 1 minute.. exit market... (it needs to update)....wait 10-15 minutes... now open market again.. try to buy an app.. if you get the same error, then contact Google Help (menu button > Help)
